Dr. Prem Ramkumar offers an On-Demand Membership Program for patients who want direct, prioritized access between visits. This allows you to receive clear, surgeon-level guidance on symptoms, imaging, recovery, and treatment decisions without unnecessary delays. This is a service that is not billed through your health insurance plan. The On-Demand Membership program is considered a premium, additive concierge communication service.

This service is designed for patients navigating:

  • Ongoing orthopedic concerns

Standard office communication remains available to all patients, including:

  • Phone support from Dr. Ramkumar’s assistants during business hours

Getting Started with On-Demand Membership Services

1. To activate concierge access, first choose and pay for your your membership program

2. Click here to complete your online registration.

3. Once registration and payment are received, membership access starts with your first message Dr. Ramkumar. Please be sure to include your phone number for Dr. Ramkumar in case you both decide calling or text messaging is preferable.

On-Demand Membership Disclaimer

The On-Demand Membership Program communication provides direct, prioritized access to Dr. Prem Ramkumar for non-emergency questions, guidance, and care coordination. This service does not replace scheduled office visits, in-person examinations, diagnostic testing, or emergency medical care. In some instances, Dr. Ramkumar may recommend an in-office or emergency room visit.

 Concierge Service Policy

Concierge communication fees are for access, availability, and prioritized surgeon time. Services are non-refundable, even if they are never utilized.

Time-based access begins (1) after receipt of the registration and payment and (2) once you first email Dr. Ramkumar with a query.

If a technical issue prevents access from being provided, the office will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate credit.

What you’re paying for

You are paying for direct, prioritized access to Dr. Ramkumar between visits – not for a specific diagnosis, outcome, or guarantee.

This gives you:

  • Faster answers
  • Surgeon-level guidance
  • Continuity of care
  • Less waiting and less uncertainty

You will still use the office for exams, imaging, procedures, and emergencies. Concierge access simply gives you a better experience between visits.
